Element installer

The concrete elements are usually divided within three finished construction pieces:

• small element
• large element
• space element

Small element

is usually manufactured in a factory and transported to the construction site. The elements can also be manufactured at the project site. The installation of the small elements is labor-efficient, cranes are not needed. The elements are built almost always with no outside cladding, supporting rail, coping and surface finishes.

Large element

is usually manufactured in a factory and transported to the construction site where normally the foundations are already finished. The large elements are installed typically quite quickly, the elements for a detached house usually within one day. The elements are usually made as finished as possible at the factory. The element can contain already installed windows, window coping, electrical sockets and works and finished painting.

Space element

is manufactured in a factory and transported whole to the construction site where usually the foundations and the house engineering interface are already finished. The elements are usually made as finished as possible at the factory and that allows only the installation of the elements and the integration of the connections to be done at the construction site. The installation is done quite swiftly and it typically takes about one day to install all the elements for a detached house. The perfect space element contains finished refining both inside and outside: internal and external doors, windows, fixtures, wallpapering, tiling installed and also outside cladding, finished painting and coping is included in the finished product.
